This Privacy Policy explains how Inshurik Inc., doing business as Insurance Supermarket(“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects the information you give us when you apply for life insurance through EZ Life Insurance (emceasylife.com) or speak with us by phone.
Information we collect
- Application information — your name, date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail address, Social Security number, health answers, beneficiary details and the bank account you choose for premium payments.
- Call and screen information — recordings and transcripts of calls with our licensed representatives and our digital assistant, and which page of the application you are on, so we can help you complete it.
- Text-message information — the mobile number you give us and the messages exchanged with it (for example the application link we send you and your replies such as YES, STOP or HELP).
How we use it
- To prepare, submit and service your application with EMC National Life Company.
- To verify your identity and your bank account with the verification services the carrier uses, as the law and the carrier require.
- To send you the secure link to your application and related service messages.
- To answer your questions and keep records we are legally required to keep.
Text messages (SMS)
We send text messages only to customers who asked for their application link by phone and agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or calling +1 (845) 272-8920.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with
We share your application information with EMC National Life Company and the identity, records and payment-verification services it uses to underwrite and issue your policy, and with the service providers that host our systems, deliver our messages and record our calls. We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect it
Your application is served only over encrypted connections, sensitive fields such as your Social Security number and account number are masked on screen, and access inside our company is limited to the people who work on your application.

- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from us.
